Relaxing stay in beautiful classic Cape Dutch home
Beautifully renovated Cape Dutch property in peaceful residential area of Robertson. Warm welcome on arrival from manager Paul. Shady terrace with fountain where breakfast and dinner were served. Fabulous pool area where we enjoyed a charcuterie platter for lunch. Gorgeous gardens which will only get better for our next visit. Super attentive staff and owners Trevor and Amanda who managed to set up a large screen for us to watch Six Nations rugby with other guests!

Home away from home
Staying here truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, the Robertson Manor offered the perfect escape — a place to completely switch off and forget about the outside world.
The bed was incredibly comfortable, with crisp, fresh sheets that made for restful nights. Each day we were treated to delicious homemade meals, paired with lovely conversation that made the experience even more special.
We left feeling genuinely relaxed and refreshed, and we will absolutely return to the manor for another stay. An unforgettable and restorative experience.

Exceptional
I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Robertson Manor, a newly opened bed and breakfast in the heart of Robertson, Western Cape, and I can’t express enough how wonderful my experience was!
From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Paul, the assistant manager, who went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. His friendly demeanor and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable.
The rooms are exceptionally beautiful and comfortable, boasting air conditioning and access to alternative pillows, which made for a perfect night's sleep after a day of exploring. The WiFi is impressive—definitely a solid 5/5!
After settling in, we took full advantage of the tranquil setting. The pool provided a refreshing spot to relax, while the stunning garden was perfect for a leisurely stroll. It’s hard to believe how close we were to the town center; the peaceful atmosphere made it feel like we were in the heart of the countryside.
One of the highlights of our stay was the dinner recommendation from the owners. Following their advice led us to a fantastic dining experience that surpassed our expectations.
Breakfast the next morning was simply amazing! A delightful spread that set a perfect tone for the day ahead.
Overall, The Robertson Manor is a gem in Robertson, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort in a serene setting. I can’t recommend it highly enough! Thank you, Paul, and the wonderful owners for making our stay so special! We look forward to returning soon.

Exceptional
We had a wonderful stay at The Robertson Manor and couldn’t fault the experience. Paul welcomed us warmly and was incredibly helpful throughout our visit, making us feel right at home from the start. The rooms are beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and the air conditioning was excellent—much appreciated during warmer days.
I needed to work remotely during our stay and was pleasantly surprised by how strong and reliable the WiFi was, making it easy to work without any interruptions. The manicured garden and pool area provide a peaceful, relaxing escape, and it’s remarkable how quiet it feels despite being so close to town.
The location is ideal, with easy access to all the fantastic wine farms in and around Robertson. Breakfast was delicious, and the owners’ dinner recommendation was spot on. A perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and tranquility—we would happily stay here again.

Highly recommend!!
Robertson Manor - wow, I am blown away. Incredible hosts (Mandy and Trevor) and just the most beautifully renovated guesthouse I’ve been to. Staff, location, vibe - 10/10. Loved the outdoor projector cinema. Also, biggest private pool I’ve ever seen. Stayed in a gorgeous clean aircon room, crisp linen and great coffee. Also, they helped make arrangements for us to get to and from our wine farm tastings. Highly recommend!! Will def be back.

The most peaceful stay
Had the privilege of staying at Robertson Manor while in the area for work. Wow! What an experience! Peaceful, serene and hidden from the hustle and bustle of life. The bedrooms are beautiful, air conditioned, and so comfortable. Even the bathrooms were layered with stunning greenery, and had the loveliest soaps and robes. Truly a 10/10 stay. A special shoutout to the staff - Paul was phenomenal, and made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. Thank you, Robertson Manor <3
